(2025) Long-term partnership with a local finance and housing business to build social impact brand, communications, community campaigns, supportive community and impact strategy supporting their goals to help people who don’t believe they can buy a home — buy a home.
(2025) Conducted research with people who identify as having a disability to understand what information is needed and how it should be presented digitally. This research focused on making sure that people with disability or their carers can plan outdoor experiences through national parks and wildlife resources.
(2025) Facilitated community workshops with an energy provider to connect with people from culturally diverse and Indigenous backgrounds. Partnered with an Indigenous foundation to run workshops, bringing the energy provider and community together to discuss affordability and experiences of financial hardship.
(2024) Worked with a startup to test, ideate, and prototype innovative digital health technology for funding, developing a strategy from ideation to production, including gathering evidence-based insights to support the proof of concept. (Water Monitor)
(2023) Partnered with a crisis family violence and homelessness not-for-profit to lead and teach a small internal team in conducting employee research. The research identified frontline barriers preventing strategy outcomes and turned insights into guiding principles to ensure future strategic decisions aligned with frontline employee needs.
(2023) Led a trauma-informed research approach to understand the experiences of court visitors, particularly those with disabilities or historically excluded groups. Conducted contextual research and facilitate ideation workshops to influence the design of future court buildings in line with Universal and inclusive design.
(2023) Conducted intercept and contextual research to understand the transport experience for regional residents and visitors and to create a set of personas to be used to inform future transport ticketing decisions and design for rural and regional communities for a government department.
(2023) Conducted one-on-one interviews and walk-alongs to observe the transport experience of people with disabilities, identifying barriers and opportunities to improve navigation of the transport and ticketing system, and creating behavioral archetypes for the transport department.
(2022) Partnered with a health membership organisation to lead and teach a team in member research, collaborating across departments to improve member experience. Developed, tested, and piloted 6 new products and services as part of an innovation strategy for future implementation into processes, operations, and strategy.
(2021) Acted as a Design Facilitator for the Two Leap Program, working with refugee and migrant residents of social housing to co-design innovative solutions that provide resources to the community that they would deliver as their own small local businesses.
(2021) Developed a program to train refugee and migrant women to deliver and own their own culturally appropriate health and social education in the community within their cultural and language context.
(2021) Developed community-led social initiatives addressing critical needs through participatory design methodologies, involving both community members and stakeholders in creating products and services.

(2021) | Volunteered as Strategic Medical Clinic Advisor for the One Heart Foundation, providing direction and leadership on licensing and setting up the clinic as an independent entity. On the first day, over 200 people attended, and it remains a community-owned clinic today, improving access to critical healthcare services in a rural Kenyan community.
