Impact Projects

At Listen + Do, not everything we uncover starts out as a formal project. Sometimes we come across powerful insights, hear important community needs, or notice things that simply need to be talked about. From time to time, we gather insights through local engagement, research, and conversations on the ground. When something stands out, something with potential that isn’t already being addressed or widely discussed, we open it up as what we call an Impact Project, where listening turns into research, advocacy, and action.

Each Impact Project begins with a powerful insight or story from the community, supported by research and evidence gathered along the way. This information is shaped into a project outline that highlights key advocacy points and clear pathways for action and collaboration. Impact Projects are living initiatives designed to invite ongoing community participation, build connections, and create meaningful change. They document not only what has been learned but also how people can get involved in shaping the future of the work.
