We’re all about celebrating what has big impact, and we’ve found that white papers have been underrated and, to date, haven’t fully taken advantage of their opportunity to make an impact. White papers give you the best chance to share your opinion and those insights you gain from working in a specific market, industry, or space that make you think, “Why is no one talking about this?”, “This could be better,” or those moments when you get frustrated because “this shouldn’t be happening.”

They allow you to grow as a thought leader without seeming like an over-opinionated “expert” and help elevate your ideas by presenting them alongside a range of balanced perspectives and experiences. Because we think white papers are the best, and we dedicate a lot of our time to celebrating them.

It’s about knowing what really matters to both of you and how working together with your time and resources can get you where you need to go. When you reach out to stakeholders don’t beat around the bush. Have a clear idea of the direction you want to take and what the opportunity might be.

Respect their time and busy schedules by not leaving them to figure out what the partnership is. Come to the table with ideas you can explore together. But don’t be so rigid that you think you already have all the answers. The goal is to build something together that works for everyone.
